Shipping & Returns


Orders placed with CynDan Industries will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date of order. If we are unable to ship your order within this time frame we will notify you either by email or phone and offer you the option of later shipment or cancellation of your order. Our default method of shipment is USPS Ground, if you require faster shipment of your order please select from the options contained in our Shipping category.

When placing your order with CynDan Industries please ensure that the cover you order is the correct item for your needs. In the instance of a defective item, CynDan Industries will exchange for the same item only.

When you purchase products from CynDan Industries you may return the item for a full refund, minus shipping, within 30 days of receipt only if the item is in it's original packaging, unopened and unused.

If any product is returned after 30 days of receipt of item, or if the item has been opened or used there will be a restocking fee of 25% incurred.

If any product is defective within the manufacturer's warranty period we will replace the item with one of the same model.

An RMA # is required for all items that need to be returned or exchanged. To obtain your RMA # you must send an email via the contact us link on the left hand side of the screen. Please include a detailed description of the defect and we will respond either by email or phone with your RMA # or to get more information in regards to the status of the item. CynDan Industries is not responsible for items returned, for any reason, without an RMA #.
